Today I had my laundry picked up, washed and delivered. (shhhh, don't tell Jared:) It was completly worth it!! I only had two loads to do today, Wyler's clothes and my puters. (That's for you Sarah) It was so fast and I was able to do tons of stuff I've been putting off. Like painting a shelf for Tatums room. I would totally spend money on laundry services rather than a cleaning lady. I hate doing towels!! And Sheets! And well laundry in general. So thank you Kelly and Kelly's dad for having this buisness. :) If anyone has the chance you must send your laundry out!! It just makes for a happy wife, mother and girl.

Time for more catching up!!

This post is about the recital. It all happened on May 2nd, 6:00 at the jr. High. I love the seating in that place so I use the facility even though the lighting is limited. But who cares when you have an awesome lighting man!! Scott is his name and he was so good!! I only had two days of dress reharsal and most classes only came one day so for him to do so well was so nice. He took the compitition video and practicing the lighting cues with it. He put in so much time. I definatly will use him as long as he is here!! I have had the same music man for the last 3 years and love him also, he pretty much runs Emey High when it comes to electronics so he's so good to have around. I also had the best volenteers ever!!! Sarah, Nicole, Lindsey, Andrea, Amanda, Kelly, the moms that sat with classes, Elisa, Aunt Leigh, Jessie, Heather Kate, Amanda (amazing programs) my MOM. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. The show ran so smoothly all because of you!! I have the best people in my life! Thanks also to all "the boys". Dad, Mark, Tate, Darrin, Tyler and Erik for setting up and babysitting so that your girls can help me... So Thanks to all!!
I wasn't able to pay attention to all the small details that make me feel beter about the show but because of the help thoes things were not needed this year. I can't wait for a recital year without being prego or broken...it will ROCK! I will still need all the help but ya know, it'll just be eaiser.
I'm already thinking of dances for next year, I'm so excited! I'm also excited for a relaxing summer of just teniquice classes. But seriously, the dances for next year are going to rock!!
Oh ya, we competed the weekend before and rocked the house!! Everyone was so great and relaxed. We entered 17 dances, took 2 2nd places and 15 !st PLACES! Way to go girls!! here is some pics of the comp. You can go to chappellshots.com to look at the recital pictures, I just haven't ordered them yet.

These guys actually took home five 1st place trophies

Now it's time for the best news of all!! My precious new baby! This post is long over due. Wyler Dean Tatton was born on March 21, the best birthday present I could give Jared. So Happy Birthday Jared!

Wyler was 7 pounds 21 inches born at 6:01 p.m. and has more hair than Tatum did. I might put some bows in it to make up for it. Just Kidding. He is such a good boy and so stinken cute! Tatum loves him but didn't love the hospital. She is cute to pat his back, give him hugs and kisses, and calles him Why Why. It's so much eaiser to get her to do something if I say that Wyler is doing it, if he is then she is also. He is a strong little guy and has Jared's blue eyes. We are so lucky...

My doctor was great and I think I'll do it without an epidural next time. I don't feel contractions and the worst thing was having the Spinal Headache and getting a blood patch done. If anyone has had it you know it's terrible!! I guess I'm the 1% that the blood patch doesn't work on. Of course. So I had to drink tons of water and caffeine. I have a total of 4 holes in my back from giving birth to having two surgeries on my ankle. I hope I'm done for a long time!!

I am working on getting out cute announcments and getting him blessed. Jared is on a long wall move so we have to wait till he's done. I'll post when I schedule everything.
I love my little man!

I can Breath Again!!

Whew!! It's all over and I'm not crazy yet! I've made it through a broken ankle, a new baby and a dance recital...With the help of my amazing family and friends. I think I'll just post one event at a time and that way you won't get bored and I'll have things to write about later.

So this post will be about the ankle. On Feb. 15Th Tater and I were late for church. Jared had gone early to pass out tithing slips and I was rushing out the door. I was carrying Tatum, the diaper bag, my primary bag and wedge boots on my feet when I stumbled on my porch stairs. It all went very slowly and I shifted my weight to the side so I wouldn't fall forward and I crushed my ankle. (I was 8 months pregnant, so kinda large) I heard some pops and my foot went numb, I knew it was broken. Tatum started to get scared so I told her and myself that we were OK and needed to crawl inside. She was so great and was just worried that her shoe fell off. She kept saying "shoe, shoe" as we made our way into the house. I grabbed the remote on the coffee table, turned on some cartoons and called my parents. My dad and Elisa came down to the house and found me laying just inside the door. My dad carried me to the car and took me to the hospital while Elisa stayed with Tatum and Sarah went to the church to tell Jared. It all went really fast! I had to have surgery to put my ankle back together and because I was pregnant the just gave me a spinal block. I had five screws put in and a tendon stapled back together. Luckily I didn't go into labor but I did have quite a few shots of morphine. Poor Wyler. Thank goodness for a husband who is worthy to hold the priesthood. I've had a lot of blessings lately. The worst part of it all was ruining Mark's birthday party. We were have turkey dinner and mashed potatoes and I missed it all! I only cried when I realized that I ruined the party. Sorry Mark. I've cried a lot lately too. I cried when I had to try to point my foot and it was nowhere near the other one. (there goes my nice dancing feet) I cried when I couldn't put Tatum to bed or change her diaper, Ya it's sad when you don't feel like your being a good mother. But I've also cried when Sarah plays with Tatum, or my mom has me drink Ninja Red. I cried when I was able to finally visit Elisa and I felt so good about myself I didn't want to go home. I cried because my in laws drove up to be with me in the hospital and Jared's grandpa stayed with him until I was out of surgery. I cried when Kelly and the dance mom's bought me magazines and M&M's. And when Bobbie totally took over the studio so it wouldn't fall apart.( she is only just 19) I cried when my Visiting Teachers came over because I really need some spiritual lesson after missing church so much. I'm so blessed to be surrounded by good people. I'm undeserving but very grateful. So thank you to all who had me in their prayers, and to family who have put up with my crying. Here's a picture of Tatum wearing mom's boot, the gross ankle and the uncoordinated dance teacher nine months pregnant!!

Alright, alright, alright...Just so you know I have written some posts, but, they are kinda "wo is me" and I really only wrote them to get my feelings out so I'm not going to publish them. If your lost just check out my sister 's blogs- Elisa & Sarah. I'm trying to get back to my positive thinking and remember that I am blessed!
When Jared and I decided to move back to price it was pretty much based on family. We both wanted to be closer and Jared's family lives in Grand Junction. I am so greatful for this decison. My parents have completly opened their home up to us for the last month and we will most likely be here for another month. My parents and sister have rearanged bedrooms so I can sleep in the master room with the bathroom. Now Sarah's kids sleep on an air matress in her room. They have to deal with Tater bug's tantrums and they still love her. They also have to pretty much babystit me all day. I'm so thankful for the sacrifices they have made for me and my family. Someone asked me if I was a "momma's girl" or a "daddy's girl" and I really didn't know. Now I'm thinking both. My mom has put me first this whole time, rubbing my ankel with essential oils and doing my laundry...so many things. She is consantly moving and making sure I'm healty. She stayed up with me last night timing contractions! (ya, nothing!) My dad is a superhero, he totally carried me to the car when I had my accident! I'm 9 months pregnant! He also has stayed up with me at nights talking about good books and my grandparents.
I am just so blessed to have a good family, they all have been so amazing! They have listend to me cry and have lifted me up. One day I hope I can carry their burdens as gracefully as they have mine. I wish everyone would realize the importance of family and try to keep them strong. I am Blessed

Just some pictures of Tatum and her obsession with glasses.

Happy Anniversary Jared!!
Yesterday was our 4th anniversary, every year I say that it's gone by so fast and this year is no exception. One day I'll be wrinkly and gray and look over at Jared and say "this year went by fast". Only it will have been 25 years! I know he'll still love me and I'll love him. He is my Superman and my Favorite and my Best!

I Love You Jared!!

Ok so I find myself always "updating" rather than just posting. I just can't keep up with all that's going on. Things are moving to fast for me these days! I only have 3 1/2 months left before Wyler "the baby" gets here! Tatum is getting too big too fast and I'm seeing things go by as a blur. Plus I don't have a brain these days! I lost my cell for a couple of days and Jared found in at the bottom of the front porch steps in a pile of old leaves. If it wasn't for Jared nothing would get done, poor guy.. Well here's a quick picture update so you get caught up and I can have some sort of Memory Keeper for my lack there of.

Thanksgiving was in Grand Junction at Grandma Heather's house. Everyone was there, the food was amazing, the table was beautiful and the company great.

Kate made cute place cards for everyone.

Tatum loved' Grandma's stuffing and I loved all of it yum! Hmmm Dessert! Pumpkin pie with Carmel and Cheese Cake! That's not all, pretty much something for everyone!

We also did the 4 a.m. Black Friday Shopping and more shopping later at the mall where we road this fun train. I'm surprised I got in with my HUGE belly! (really, I'm as big at five months with this one as I was at 9 with Tatum)

Just a random picture of the Tater bug helping with morning chores:)

The Results are IN!

Jared and I went to the hospital and had an ultrasound done, this is the first time we've seen the baby. It was laying on it's back so they couldn't get a real good view of the spine so we might have to go back. ( I totally don't mind:) I can't really ever tell whats going on but this pic is suppose to be a profile...

Ya, I think it looks like a blob with circles and stuff. The baby was being pretty shy and it took awhile for us to tell the gender. You can tell from the next picture that it just wasn't ready for us to know.

But, it finally cooperated and we are having..........

A BOY!!!

That's what they tell me, I can't ever tell whats going on. Jared is so excited, finally no more Tutus and dance shoes. Now on to camo, bugs and wresting.

YEA!

Halloweenies!

Well, I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween this year! I think Tatum had a blast since she loves kids and she was around them all day! We started off the day with Dad (who for the first time since we've been married was able to take Halloween off) and grandma going to Castle Heights Elementary to get Madison and Marcus ready for their parties and costume parade. My mom has the pics of that and you can check Sarah's post for that. I'm so lucky that Jared was around because he got Marcus dressed in the "boys" room and put on Madison's fairy eye tattoo's and sewed Tatum's bunny hat. He's amazing.
Then we decorated our trunk for the ward "Trunk-or- Treat" party while Tatum napped. Again lucky to have Jared, we were finally able to have dry ice in the candy cauldron this year. I've never been able to do it right, or get the Halloween lights to work on the car. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of the trunk. When the Tater bunny woke up we stopped in at Great grandma Tatton's.
They gave Tatum a cup full of candy and a squishy ball.
We played with Hadlee and Calvin for awhile and then headed to Grandma Rasmussen's for soup and bread. Last but not least was the Ward party. Tatum loved chasing kids and screaming when they screamed and she even went with Aunt Sarah through a Haunted tunnel! She was so happy to walk around in the dark with her carrot and visit all the people a kids. We even danced to the music that Natalie Palmer had at her car. Tatum had one tootsie roll and went to bed at 8:30, what a good bunny!!

I have to post about last weekend before this weekend comes or I'll be so behind and never blog about it at all!
So, we went to Grand Junction to party with the Tattons. Kate, Amanda and I had a tutu making party with the help of Heather and Jared. I love making these tutus because this is something that even I can't mess up!!

All you do is cut strips of tulle 6 " wide and between 30"-53" long depending on how long you want the tutu. You can really cut them as long as you want, like I said you can't mess this up! Fold the strips in half and tie them around an elastic band in a single knot. This give you four pieces of tulle thick. Then add ribbon bling and whatever you want!! I love It!

Then we had a Halloween party! It was packed full of games fun and Flinstones!!
Jared's dad asked a friend and his brother to be Barney...they both said no and then both showed up and Barney!! It was funny! Tate won best costume, Tyler won scariest and Jared won funniest costume and most of the games! Go Jared! Heather and Tate are going to be mad that I put a picture of them on here so to make it better I put one of me also. I would never admit what Jared and I were because, well, you can see. But I'll do it for Heather! :) I hope you enjoy the pictures!!

Weekend Fun

This is what we did this weekend...
Went to Wee Witches with Elisa and the kids. Tatum wasn't to sure about taking pic with the witches, but she and Bub sure like dancing to the music!
We took a short but fun Hay Ride with a silly Witch.
Bought Tater a new car seat that she absolutely loves!
Cleaned and vacuumed, this is Tatum's favorite part.
Did some laundry.
Visited Great Papa Young and Stumblelina.
Watched Mark paint Great Papa's house. He did such a good job.
I made a cool tutu for Madison's Halloween Costume at Gardner Village and Tatum loves it. She got upset when Sarah went to take it home so we got one I had bought her out of the closet and she had to wear it all day long! She also loves the pumpkin raddle slippers Grandma Heather bought her. Where the other one went, I don't know!
